At last night's Board of Education meeting, board members approved a Project Labor Agreement for Measure A and B-funded construction bond projects and heard from roughly 26 community members as part of their 46-page Agenda. Among the community items heard at the meeting were pleas to keep Nuria Spain and Ivone Oyazabal of Global Family Schools who are currently on H-1B visas from Spain. Both teachers were supported by commenting parents and students.

Board members also heard from teachers and students in support of keeping a Claremont Middle School teacher who has not been reelected.
