Thursday, November 5, 2009, light dinner at 6:30pm, meeting starts at 7:00pm, 555 5th Street (near Jefferson), Downtown Oakland --- Meet Chief Batts at the Oakland Police Officer's Association (OPOA).  This meeting is sponsored by the OPOA, Oakland Neighborhood Watch Steering Committee, and United Neighborhood Councils of Oakland.
