Summer Sounds Wednesday Offers the Smooth Tunes of Blackberry Soup July 28

The Summer Sounds concert series’ last performers for the month of July will feature a group called Blackberry Soup. The group will grace the Oakland City Center stage from noon to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, July 28.

Blackberry Soup
is a four-member group of professional musicians whose genres of music include, R&B, disco, standards and smooth jazz. The group has been together for seven years.

Comprised of male and females vocalists, they have performed at several “hip” spots in the Bay Area. Try a “bowl” of Blackberry Soup this Wednesday for lunch in downtown Oakland. Summer Sounds will continue through August.
