Vigil held for Chris Jones, slain student, in East Oakland

A vigil for 17 year old Chris Jones was held on Friday, January 7, in East Oakland. Jones was gunned down in the driveway of his home while putting his niece in a car seat by unknown assailants. Police believe it is a case of "mistaken identity." Jones was remembered as a bright spot in the lives of all he encountered. Vigil attendees, many who have been involved in violence.
