This Week's Lunchtime Concert: Dynamic

The third concert in the Oakland City Center’s Summer Sounds series will feature the talented band Dynamic. The group – which blends hip-hop, rock and soul – was named “One of the Best Hip Hop Bands of the Bay” by the San Francisco Chronicle.

Dynamic is comprised of lead/drummer and lyricist Darain Gray; vocalist Kimiko Joy; keyboardist Colin Hogan; guitarist Jon Monahan; bassist Tommy “Gun” Folen; and on trombone, Jeanne Geiger.

The band will bring its unique and diverse sound to the City Center Plaza at noon, Wednesday, June. 16. All concerts are free and open to the public.
