Did Desley Brooks get special treatment for her car break-in?

So, does anyone think that Desley Brooks is getting special treatment for her car breakin?

Seems that the police and Crime Stoppers of Oakland are offering up to $1,000 in reward money for information leading to a suspect's arrest.  The BANG article says Anyone with information may call police at 510-238-3951 or Crime Stoppers at 510-777-8572 or 510-777-3211."

 

Does OPD give you this treatment? And are you cool with Brooks getting it?
