The Hoover Historic District

Residents of the Hoover Historic District (the blocks enclosed by Martin Luther King Boulevard, 27th Street, San Pablo Avenue and 33rd Street can apply for grants up to $2,000 for local projects.

In partnership with the Alameda County Public Health Department, the West Oakland Mini-Grant Committee awards up to $20,000, in $100 to $2,000 chunks, for a variety of projects in the district.
