The Alameda County Alcohol Policy Network (APN) will hold four workshops in June for Oakland residents who want to learn how both the City of Oakland and State of California enforce alcohol regulations and ways in which they can use the enforcement process to their benefit, perhaps in relation to a neighborhood liquor store or bar they are concerned about.
The APN's mission is to create safer and more responsible alcohol sales in Oakland. It plays a central role in the Coalition on Alcohol Outlet Issues in the City of Oakland.
Funding for these workshops is provided by Alameda County Public Health Department Alcohol and Other Drugs Prevention.
