Are you one LGBTQ-identified and  live in the Town? The city of Oakland has a survey going asking LGBTQ folks to provide lots of (anonymous) data about your sexual identification, ethnicity, income and so one--all so they can better pitch Oakland to businesses, they say.

Taking the survey will take about 15 minutes, and you can have the satisfaction of knowing you helped Oakland, once again, redefine the status quo. Take the survey here.

The Oakland Local Editorial Team is made up of Kwan Booth, Amy Gahran, Irene Florez, Michelle Fitzhugh-Craig, Eric Arnold, Jennifer Inez Ward, CB Smith-Dahl, Meg Bertoni, Susan Mernit, Tehea Robie, Ruth Miller, Debi Mason, and others.

Thanks, Max! The link is now up and running. ~ OL
