Ken Katz's wife was driving by when she saw a big accident. She went home and told Ken, who came over on his bike to take some photos. He says "Accident occurred on the afternoon of September when a very large truck hauling a debris box supposedly lost its brakes on the Grand Avenue exit from Highway 580.  According to news reports, 13 vehicles were involved but there were incredibly no fatalities."
