The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) is a federally assisted meal program that provides nutritionally balanced, low-cost, or free lunches to children each school day.

Parents/Guardians of all OUSD students are encouraged to apply.  Not only could your child qualify for reduced price or free meals, but his/her school could receive much needed Title I funding as a result.

Simply fill out the online application here and print a copy for your records. You will need to make a note of the batch number if you want to check on the status of your application. The application can take up to two weeks for processing, but you may check on the status of your application by calling Nutrition Services at (510) 879-8345.

There is no deadline for applying, but we encourage you to apply as soon as possible. If you need help with this form, please call Nutrition Services at (510) 879-8345.
