The No on 16 Regional Working Group (of the the Local Clean Energy Alliance which I coordinate) has recruited a talented filmmaker (from a leading film company) to do a 15-20 second video spot that the campaign can use for commercial and community television and the Internet this April-June. I need your help in getting some folks to be in the spot.

Now we need people who want to be in viral video opposing the worst ballot initiative ever. I am wondering if some of you might be willing to be in the video - it will only take 30 minutes! You could also help us recruit some people to be in the video. We are going for a diverse group along the lines of gender, age, and ethnicity and we still can use you!  Families are good and babies being held are ok.    

The plan is to shoot the video in Sausalito next Saturday, March 27 between 1-3p. (We are only doing it in Sausalito because that is where the volunteer filmmaker lives.)  We need five to six people at half hour increments. 1, 1:30, 2, 2:30.    

WHEN: Saturday March 27.  Four different time groups: 1-1:30p, 1:30-2p, 2-2:30, and 2:30-3p.    

WHAT: NO on 16 Video Shoot 

WHERE: In a garden in Sausalito (thats where the filmmaker lives)Can you be in the video or help us get people?  We will confirm all participants by the end of the week. 

We are looking for a quick short response to the question. " WHY NO to Prop 16" will also ask everyone to say " Stop PG&E Power Grab ! " and "Vote NO on Prop16".  There may be other questions as well but it will be short. If you have PG&E mailers, bring them and we'll capture you waving them and saying something like " I'm sick of getting printed flyers that I'm paying for!!!"
