One year ago, BP's Deepwater Horizon exploded in the Gulf of Mexico, killing 11 workers and beginning over 100 days of the worst oil spill in US history. Despite this clear warning, we remain deeply dependent on fossil fuels, which poses a dire threat to our communities and environment.

Thankfully, the movement for climate justice and clean energy is rising again. This past weekend, over 10,000 youth converged on Washington, DC for PowerShift, arguably the largest mobilization for clean energy in this nation's history. Bay Localize was there to help build the movement.

SF Urban Ag Signing Ceremony
