Martin Meeker: The Oakland Army Base Oral History Project. Historian Martin Meeker will share some highlights of his book on The Oakland Army Base Oral History Project. The Project is based upon in-depth, interviews with individuals who were affiliated with the base during its period of operation (1941-1999).
