New Year’s Eve Celebration at Bourbon & Beef

On New Year’s Eve, Wednesday, December 31, Bourbon & Beef in Oakland will serving an a la carte holiday dinner menu beginning at 5:00 PM with entrée specials of Honey Bourbon Salmon with a B&B Woodford Reserve Honey Glaze with garbanzo bean, cucumber, onion and tomato salad and barbeque potato strings ($28.00); Beef Filet (10 oz), bacon wrapped with horseradish mashed potatoes, baby carrots and corn succotash ($47.00); Bone-In Ribeye (14 oz) with white truffle roasted mushroom croquette, cipollini onion, artichoke, eggplant, red pepper, tomato, onion and caper stew ($42.00); Pepper Encrusted New York Steak (12 oz) with wilted arugula, smashed potatoes, baby carrots and lobster truffle cream sauce ($42.00); Half Chicken Two Ways, pan roasted bone-in chicken breast and leg, wing and thigh confit, with pan gravy, root vegetables, white bean, bacon and tomato salsa ($28.00); and Ravioli, black truffle and porcini mushroom ravioli with pulled lobster meat, curry saffron cream sauce and fried leaks ($28.00). The restaurant will be decorated in the spirit of the occasion and each guest will receive party favors and a complimentary glass of sparkling wine at midnight. The kitchen will remain open until 12:15 AM with possible later bar service as well.
