A new Discovery Channel documentary called "Gang Wars: Oakland" has painted the city as "the unofficial crime capital of the state." This is just a year after HBO was in discussion to film a new drama series in the city, similar to it's hit show "The Wire". What are your thoughts on Oakland's reputation as a national crime capital.  And what can we do about it?
