This camera was lost/stolen on the westbound 18 just before 9am this morning (monday the 29th).  It may have been accidentally left on the bus at the Thomas Berkeley/Telegraph avenue stop.  As soon as the rider deboarded she realized she did not have the camera - she chased the bus but didn't catch it.  It took half an hour for her to get through to someone at AC transit who could help; they called the bus which pulled over & the driver looked in the bus but the camera was gone.  It is on loan from the San Francisco Art Institute and both the camera and lens have identifying numbers etched into or affixed onto the side of them.  Large reward (undetermined but likely in the three-digit range) for return, no questions asked, or for info leading to their return.
