More than 300 people signed up for the Oakland Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce Heart of the MegaRegion conference, held Friday at 55 Harrison - the enormous, mostly empty space near Jack London Square, according to Oakland Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce President Joe Haraburda, who kicked off the afternoon speeches.
