Please mark your calendar for Saturday and Sunday, June 4 and 5, for "Art and Music in the Gardens."

This signature event brings together Oakland's vibrant art and gardening communities, offering you an art show and sale, musical performances, a poetry festival, delicious food, gardening demonstrations, silent auction and more - all in the beautiful multi-acre Gardens at Lake Merritt (near Fairyland).

The two-day event is free and open to the public.
