Loud Hours--an event for Youth at the Oakland Museum, Friday, June 10 4-6:30 pm: Free food games with prizes, open Mic and special performance by Rico Tha Kid at the Oakland Museum of California, 1000 Oak Street. Free for youth ages 13 to 20.
  
Oakland Summer Lunch Program Seeks Additional Sites:

Oakland's free summer lunch sites help make it possible for the youth in our neighborhoods to have a healthy, balanced lunch every day. Recreation centers, faith-based organizations, and youth-serving community-based organizations are great candidates for the program. Summer lunches are provided by the City of Oakland at no cost to host sites. Organizations interested in becoming a host site can contact Carmela Chase at (510) 238-7992 or cchase@oaklandnet.com.
