This past Wednesday night community members, RAILS members, city officials, developers, and other stakeholders gathered to discuss the future of West Oakland’s abandoned 16^th Street Train Station.  This was the second in a series of meetings designed to engage the community in a consensus-building process around the re-development of this historic landmark—once the terminus of the transcontinental railway.
