This past Wednesday night community members, RAILS members, city officials, developers, and other stakeholders gathered to discuss the future of West Oakland’s abandoned 16th Street Train Station.  This was the second in a series of meetings designed to engage the community in a consensus-building process around the re-development of this historic landmark—once the terminus of the transcontinental railway.
